Refund Policy

Everyone's skin is different, and results may vary from person to person, which is why we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. If at any point over a 60-day period from date of delivery of any first-time purchase, you decide our products are not right for you, then get in touch as you are protected by our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee ensures a refund on a single unit purchase of any first-time purchase. In the case of first purchases containing multiple products, a refund on additional products will only be given once the unopened items have been received and approved for restocking.

In order to be eligible for this, please read the criteria below:

  • Used the products for 60 days (if you have concerns before this, just send us an email! We are more than happy to answer your questions).
  • Time stamped images to be provided when treatment commenced to date of guarantee (minimum of 4 staged images to show no progress with the treatment).
  • All remaining items must be returned to AMOROSA for quality testing. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

To process a refund, here’s exactly what you need to do:

  • Contact us at hello@amorosaaus.com.au.
  • Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch to confirm your return and provide you with a return address to send back the product.
  • If your request is for an eligible purchase containing bulk products, then you will need to return all unopened and unused items to the address supplied, along with a print out of your original order confirmation or a note with your name, email address and purchase order number, for identification purposes.
  • If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.
  • Once we receive the items, please allow 48 hrs for our staff to process the return and issue the refund.
  • All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Please note:

  • Only unopened items from bulk orders that are approved for restocking will be eligible for a refund, so please make sure they are suitably protected in transit.
  • We must receive your refund request within 60 days of the date of delivery.
  • The returned items must be received within 14 days from the date of return approval.
  • All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.
  • Marked sale items are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
  • Money Back Guarantee claims will only be valid on the first purchase of any item. Repeat orders will not be refundable under the AMOROSA Money Back Guarantee policy.

These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, and to provide you with greater protection and care than you will likely receive from other stores. However, these guidelines also ensure we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning AMOROSA products without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable. 

Returns:

Outside of our Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery only in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Faulty product
